New York, NY – A massive multi-screen LED video façade developed by SNA Displays has officially debuted in New York’s Times Square, adding 900 square meters of immersive digital brilliance to one of the world’s most iconic commercial landmarks. At the heart of this installation is a stunning 25-meter-tall corner-wrapping LED display that has quickly become a visual centerpiece along Seventh Avenue.
The main display is mounted on a 37-story office tower at 5 Times Square, wrapping the building’s corner at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and 42nd Street. SNA Displays custom-engineered the LED modules to echo the building’s architectural peak, integrating the display seamlessly with the structure’s silhouette. Measuring approximately 20 meters wide with a resolution of 3,150 × 2,480 pixels, this screen offers 465 square meters of ultra-crisp visuals, ensuring maximum visual impact in the bustling plaza.
In addition to the primary display, three supporting LED screens extend the media coverage across the building:
The second-largest screen, facing Seventh Avenue, measures approximately 11 meters tall by 21 meters wide (1,380 × 2,640 pixels). It includes a short return to maximize visibility for northbound pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
Two additional screens face 42nd Street. One measures approximately 10 × 15 meters (1,290 × 1,840 pixels) and the other 10 × 10 meters (1,290 × 1,280 pixels), collectively creating an immersive media presence from multiple angles.
North Shore Neon oversaw the full LED installation, with technology consultation and design services provided by Sensory Interactive. Media company New Tradition is responsible for managing the digital advertising platform.
